The baking fever has begun at our house. This last weekend we baked a batch of chocolate chip banana muffins to have for a breakfast treat and a loaf of fresh Italian bread that we enjoyed with our pasta dinner. I must admit that I am a bit of a coffee fanatic. I can’t remember the last time that I went through one whole day without having one cup of coffee.
