I prefer the magnet type badges because for my employees, half of whom are female, there are no worries about poking holes in their nice blouses or jackets. They appreciate the extra consideration, and they are very strong magnets, indeed. I just wanted to add that in, because you can order them with pin backs if you prefer. But like I say, my employees are very happy with the magnetic tags.
