# Preparing For The Holidays…NOW!
Summer is gone and the holidays are fast approaching. Many of you were actually able to achieve your weight loss goals, while others of you just missed your goal by a margin. No matter what though, you don’t have to feel defeated or give up! The holidays are just around the corner and you need to start preparing yourself for the damage that is coming. Turkey, dressing, pies,cookie, cakes, and eggnog will be filling all of our homes with good tidings and cheer, but our stomachs also with fat and flab. So before you get to these fun but fat filled time, start preparing your body early. Eat well now so that when the holidays come, you are trying to repair as much damage. Begin with a simple diet plan, like the Medifast diet plan and keep up with it until Thanksgiving. Allow yourself time at Thanksgiving to enjoy eating and being merry with your family.
Immediately after Thanksgiving, get make to your Medifast diet or whatever diet and continue until Christmas, except for the occasional Christmas party or gathering that you must attend. If you do this, you are sure to not only have a better holiday, but an easier time with weight loss after the holiday is over!
